Customer Service Role

Key responsibilities include stock management, warehousing duties, operating a forklift and delivering products to customers. Internal sales procedures and counter service are also required.

  • Assist in the management of stock and inventory levels.
  • Perform general warehousing duties including receiving and dispatching stock.
  • Operate a forklift safely and efficiently.
  • Deliver products to customers on time and with excellent customer service.
  • Contribute to internal sales processes and provide high-quality counter service to valued customers.

Candidates must be positive, eager to learn and able to communicate effectively with colleagues. A Forklift license is desirable but not essential. Pre-employment medical checks and assessments will be required.
