We're seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Home Care Worker, providing essential support to vulnerable members of our community.

About the Role:

  • Deliver high-quality care and assistance to clients in their own homes, promoting their independence and dignity.
  • Assist with domestic duties, meal preparation, and shopping, helping clients maintain a safe and comfortable living environment.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of personalized care plans, working closely with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development, enhancing your skills and knowledge in aged care and support work.

Requirements:

  • 6 months or more experience in a similar role, including personal care experience.
  • P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Capacity to provide emotional support and build strong relationships with clients and their families.
  • A commitment to ongoing learning and professional development in the aged care sector.
