Job Description:

This role requires an individual who is passionate about child development and early years content, with a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards. You will collaborate with educators to observe, review, and continuously enhance educational programs offered to children.

Your primary responsibility will be to deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. This involves working closely with the centre leadership team to drive improvements and promote excellence in educational practice.

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education), a Diploma qualification or ACECQA approved equivalent. Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards is also essential.
