Job Title: Clinical Practice Lead

About The Role

The Clinical Practice Lead plays a pivotal role in enhancing clinical capability across the organisation, driving high standards of care and best-practice training.

This key position is central to delivering exceptional client outcomes and reinforcing the company's reputation for clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide expert clinical leadership and guidance across the organisation, mentoring direct care and operational teams to drive excellence in home-based care delivery.
  2. Lead the development and execution of clinical governance and quality improvement initiatives, including the creation and ongoing review of policies procedures and care frameworks aligned with best practice.
  3. Drive a proactive compliance and risk management approach, conducting clinical audits escalating concerns and supporting readiness for regulatory accreditation.
  4. Foster collaboration across clinical and operational teams, ensuring aligned efforts that optimise client care and service delivery outcomes.
  5. Analyse data from incidents audits and quality reports to generate actionable insights that inform continuous improvement and enhance client safety.
About You

We're seeking a clinically experienced and proactive leader with strong skills in quality clinical governance and mentoring.

You're someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality care, particularly within aged care or disability services, and thrives in a dynamic, improvement-driven environment.

Requirements:
  1. NDIS experience is essential.
  2. Bachelor of Nursing.
  3. Postgraduate qualification in aged care, disability, or health management desirable.
  4. Cert IV in training and assessment desirable.
  5. Excellent organisational skills, adaptability, and confidence using technology.
  6. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  7. A demonstrated commitment to high-quality care for people with aged care and disability support needs.
