We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Professional to maintain and enhance quality assurance processes within forensic and compliance-oriented environments. As a Quality Assurance Professional, you will be responsible for ensuring that our organization's quality systems meet the highest standards of excellence.
Main Responsibilities:- Conduct internal and supplier audits to ensure compliance with ISO standards.
- Manage environmental sampling and report lab results in a timely manner.
- Perform trend analysis and recommend corrective actions to improve process efficiency.
- Monitor risks and continuous improvement via Event Record App.
- Prepare standard reports on quality outcomes to stakeholders.
- Maintain supplier documentation and support reviews to ensure accuracy.
- Oversee calibration and maintenance of equipment to prevent errors.
- Review and update quality procedures aligned with operational changes to minimize disruptions.
- Assess product/process risks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Support development of new forensic products and kits to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Record quality data using approved databases to track progress.
- Adhere to our Code of Conduct and QMS-related policies to maintain a culture of integrity.
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance or a related field.
- Experience with standards such as ISO 18385, particularly in forensic or laboratory settings.
- Familiarity with manuals and processes related to food safety or forensic applications.
- Attention to detail and accurate event recording skills.
- Proficient in SharePoint and documentation management software.
- Experience working in ISO8 cleanroom or classroom environments.
- Solid organisational and planning skills, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong computer literacy, particularly Microsoft Office applications and the capacity to adopt new technologies to support business improvement.
- Willingness to obtain or hold NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDISWSC) and Working with Children Check (WWCC).
