  • Review and update quality procedures aligned with operational changes to minimize disruptions.
  • Assess product/process risks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Support development of new forensic products and kits to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Record quality data using approved databases to track progress.
  • Adhere to our Code of Conduct and QMS-related policies to maintain a culture of integrity.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance or a related field.
  • Experience with standards such as ISO 18385, particularly in forensic or laboratory settings.
  • Familiarity with manuals and processes related to food safety or forensic applications.
  • Attention to detail and accurate event recording skills.
  • Proficient in SharePoint and documentation management software.
  • Experience working in ISO8 cleanroom or classroom environments.
  • Solid organisational and planning skills, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong computer literacy, particularly Microsoft Office applications and the capacity to adopt new technologies to support business improvement.
  • Willingness to obtain or hold NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDISWSC) and Working with Children Check (WWCC).
