A key opportunity exists for an experienced human resources professional to lead and contribute to the organisation's strategic development and improvement.

- Effective stakeholder engagement and leadership are critical to success in this role.
The successful candidate will provide organisational development and improvement advice while leading and collaborating with a team of people and culture staff. They will develop and implement HR policies, processes, and systems designed to improve business outcomes and meet regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of people and culture professionals.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organisation's goals and objectives.
- Provide expert advice on employment law and related matters.
- Manage employee relations, including grievances and disputes.
- Develop and maintain productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Senior level human resources experience in a public sector environment.
- Tertiary qualification in human resources or a related discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and manage a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Benefits Package:
- An attractive remuneration package comprising base salary up to $175,000 plus superannuation.
- Five (5) year contract.
