In this senior leadership role, you will oversee high-profile qualitative projects, working closely with senior clients. You will be responsible for guiding major client relationships and overseeing projects from start to finish.

  • Project Leadership: Take charge of key client partnerships and ensure the successful delivery of complex research initiatives.
  • Clients and Stakeholders: Engage with senior-level decision-makers, presenting strategic recommendations that drive business results.
  • Methodologies: Apply advanced qualitative approaches, including ethnography, co-creation, and AI-enabled analysis to uncover new insights.
  • Brand Strategy: Collaborate with creative agencies to shape brand positioning, communications, and value propositions that resonate with target audiences.
  • Talent Development: Mentor and inspire a team of emerging researchers, fostering their growth and development in the field.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with quantitative, strategy, and innovation specialists to deliver integrated solutions that meet client needs.
