Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Ad Operations Manager to join our team. As an Ad Operations Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with demand partners, ensuring seamless integration of demand partners, and addressing ad hoc programmatic inquiries from demand partners. You will also be tasked with collaborating closely with demand partners to maximize outcomes for our publishing partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish new relationships with demand-side platforms (DSPs) and supply-side platforms (SSPs) from business development to integration stage.
  • Be the main point of contact for existing relationships with DSPs and SSPs.
  • Address ad hoc programmatic queries from demand partners and troubleshoot performance issues.
  • Collaborate closely with demand partners to maximize outcomes for the portfolio of Insticator/OKO publishing partners.
  • Effectively manage and improve domain approval, domain trafficking processes across various channels and integration types.
  • Perform research and development (R&D) to upsell and expand partnerships to new heights.
  • Handle quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with demand partners and maintain technical and operational roadmap plans to maximize business outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with various internal and external stakeholders, including distilling complex concepts.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of client-facing experience in the advertising space, with business development skills.
  • Experience with Google Ad Manager and other ad server technologies.
  • Experience with programmatic architecture and demand-side platforms.
  • Basic understanding of product/project management principles.
  • Efficiency in using the Google Suite platform, including Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Gmail.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams.
