Deliver Life-Changing Support Services

At Australian Unity, we're committed to helping our customers live independently and remain within their own homes. As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in delivering in-home support services that make a genuine difference in people's lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to customers, including personal hygiene, toileting, showering, dressing, and help at mealtime
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
  • Transport customers to appointments, shopping, and social outings
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, their families, and other healthcare professionals
Requirements:
  • Current Australian Driver's License and ownership of a reliable insured vehicle
  • Fully vaccinated minimum 2 doses for Covid-19
  • Flexibility to work rosters between 7am to 7pm, Monday to Sunday
  • Minimum 12 months experience in delivering Personal Care and/or a Certificate III in Individual Support
