About the Role

Linkforce is a leading integrated maintenance, engineering, and project services delivery business. Our Communications division specialises in the construction and installation of communications towers and wireless telecommunication equipment installation and commissioning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the construction of communication towers, including assembly in our Welshpool workshop and transportation and erection on site.
  • Perform rigging and dogging works for various size cranes and loads.
  • Install, maintain, and repair external telecommunications equipment.
  • Install, maintain, and upgrade of telecommunications headframes and tower steelwork.
  • Construct telecommunications structures.
About You

We are seeking candidates with sound rigging experience, ideally with exposure to the communications industry. Alternatively, we will consider those with relevant trades experience that may looking to switch industries.

  • Confident and comfortable Working at Heights.
  • Construction trade backgrounds, such as Plumbers, Carpenters, Roof Plumbers and Glaziers is advantageous.
  • Rigger with a WorkSafe High-Risk Work Licence - RB, RI or RA.
  • Construction White Card.
  • Australian Drivers Licence – C Class.
  • Work at Heights Certificate.
