
Prevocational Medical Assurance Services Leader

The Director of Prevocational Medical Assurance Services is a key position responsible for building a sustainable medical workforce pipeline by ensuring excellence in prevocational education, training, and assessment. This leader will support and safeguard the health of Territorians by developing and implementing effective strategies for prevocational medical education.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance prevocational medical education and training programs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with NT Health's goals and objectives
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members to achieve optimal outcomes
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making recommendations for improvement
- Senior Administrative Officer 2 experience
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
This is a full-time opportunity that requires a highly skilled and experienced professional who can make a significant contribution to the development of prevocational medical assurance services in the Northern Territory.
