We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Support professional to join our Replenishment Team. The purpose of this role is to provide vital support, helping to manage inventory through to store level, ensuring stock availability and accuracy across the business.
This role will involve providing day-to-day administrative support to the Replenishment Team, acting as the first point of contact for store queries, maintaining accurate data across various inventory systems, and ensuring integrity and consistency in stock management processes.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a retail or inventory-related environment, proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, strong numerical and data entry skills, with a high level of accuracy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to confidently liaise with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Replenishment Team
- Act as the first point of contact for store queries

- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to meet inventory needs
- Support promotional campaigns through stock management and tracking
About you:
- Previous experience in a retail or inventory-related environment

- Strong numerical and data entry skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in an office environment
