As the Senior Customer Service Coordinator at our Coffs Harbour Branch, you'll be responsible for assisting the Branch Manager in efficiently managing and operating the Branch.

You'll Enjoy Variety In Your Role Including:

  • Prioritize and ensure the safety of your team and Coates customers at all times.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire Sales Coordinators to deliver exceptional customer service, fostering strong relationships that drive customer loyalty and repeat business.

  • Oversee administrative tasks, asset management, and quality control to maintain operational excellence.
