About The Role

This role is an exciting opportunity to join our Trade Counter team and contribute to the success of our customers. Key responsibilities include providing customer service, information about products, quotes, pick packing, and stock control activities.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide customer service and information about products
  • Provide quotes both in person and over the phone
  • Undertake pick packing and stock control activities
  • Helping keep the branch tidy and safe
  • Making occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle
Requirements
  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service
  • Ability to pick orders, maintain shop floor displays, and ensure information provided is accurate
  • Proficiency in using a computer and willingness to learn new systems
  • Hold a clean valid HR Truck driver's license
  • Availability to work various shifts, including weekends
  • Forklift license essential, HIAB/Doggers desirable
