Customer Insights Analyst

We are seeking a skilled analyst to join our Marketing team at SkyCity Adelaide.

  • The Customer Insights Analyst will support the Customer Insights & Strategy team by analysing data and delivering insights that identify opportunities to improve customer visitation, increase spend, and overall business profitability.

This role is responsible for extracting, transforming, and analysing data from Loyalty member and business unit databases. Key areas of focus include post-campaign analysis and reporting, customer targeting for marketing initiatives, report creation, and ad hoc customer analysis.

Working closely with multiple departments, including marketing, gaming, hotel, and food and beverage, this role will assist in driving business performance.

About You
  • You will have a background in Business or Marketing with excellent numeracy skills, high attention to detail, and knowledge of marketing communications processes.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a marketing or similar role is required, along with proficiency in code and strong organisational skills.
  • Previous experience in the entertainment/casino industry and/or loyalty programs is desirable but not essential.
