The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Reporting Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance function, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving financial performance. Your expertise will be essential in leading a team of accountants and implementing process improvements to enhance our financial reporting capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of accountants to deliver accurate and timely financial reporting
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting capabilities
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to drive business growth and improve financial performance
- Mentor and guide a team of finance professionals to enhance their skillset and capability
- Manage balance sheet reconciliations and review of weekly/daily EBITDA report
- Take the lead on the year-end external audit and preparation of financial statements
- Support preparation of board and group-level reporting
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in accounting and finance, with experience in leading teams and implementing process improvements. You will also need to have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to bring your team along for the journey.
