About the Role:
- Monash Health, a leading health service in Victoria, is seeking an experienced Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeon to join our team.
- You will be responsible for assessing and managing patients in an outpatient environment.
- A key aspect of this role is providing leadership to the multi-disciplinary treating team.
- Additionally, you will be expected to commit to education and training of Junior Medical Staff.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to quality and safety, with a focus on delivering safe and high-quality person-centred care.
- They will also be required to participate in the on-call roster.
What we Offer:
- A highly competitive salary package, estimated at $350,000 - $450,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About You:

- Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (RACS) or equivalent.
- A current Victorian Employee Working with Children's Check.
- Membership with RACS and ASOHNS.
