About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join Home-in, a leading company in AU, as a Customer Experience Manager. The role involves leading a passionate team of 8-10 members to maintain and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Customer Experience team to achieve a customer NPS of 60
  • Coach and mentor team members to develop their skills in supporting customers through complex transactions
  • Build strong relationships with law firm partners to ensure excellent conveyancing services
  • Analyse data to improve team performance and customer experience
  • Manage complex customer complaints and escalations
Requirements
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in coaching and team development
  • 3-5 years' experience leading a customer experience or customer service team
  • Commitment to exceptional customer service and continuous improvement
  • Strong analytical skills to generate data insights
  • Exceptional team player with empathy for home buyers
