Security Officer Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Security Officer to join our team at a prestigious client site in Brisbane CBD.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a security presence, conducting patrols of the premises, and ensuring the safety of staff, visitors, clients, and property.
Duties:
- Conduct patrols of the premises, including parking areas
- Lock and unlock the building, and ensure visitors have signed out
- Enforce procedural rules and regulations
- Maintain logs, completing necessary paperwork and use of computer systems
- Respond professionally, courteously, and promptly to all customer enquiries
Requirements:
- Current QLD Security Licence - Unarmed, monitoring and crowd control functions
- Certificate II (or higher) in Security Operations
- QLD drivers' licence
- Current First Aid and CPR
- Customer service experience
- Ability to respond to customer/public enquires
- Intermediate level of Computer skills
