About the Opportunity

As a Pps Consultant, you will work directly with DES participants and employers to build effective relationships and support job seekers towards achieving monthly targets.

You will identify any barriers that may impact ongoing employment and address them promptly.

About You

To be successful in this role, you need:

  • Able to overcome objections and break down barriers for people living with a disability.
  • A strong ability to problem-solve and communicate to a variety of stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in achieving business targets and KPIs.
  • Analytically minded and able to interpret complex data to achieve outcomes.
  • Computer skills and knowledge of MS Office is essential.
