Key Responsibilities & Duties- Develop and implement teaching programs or courses of study.
- Have the content knowledge and pedagogical practice to meet diverse student needs.
- Engage in continuous improvement of professional practice through coaching and development.
- Provide a safe environment for students in accordance with child safety standards.
- Participate in child safety and wellbeing induction and training.
- Act in accordance with our Child Safety Code of Conduct.
- Identify and report concerns about child safety issues.
- Ensure students' views are taken seriously and their voices are heard.
- Teach an area of the curriculum to senior year levels.
- Maintain records of class attendance and student progress.
- Implement effective student management consistent with our strategic plan.
- Attend and participate in staff meetings.
- Be actively involved in regular staff devotions and prayer.
