Australian Regional & Remote Community Services (ARRCS) is seeking an experienced Relief Residential Aged Care and Clinical Nurse Manager to support the clinician operations of our 11 Aged Care facilities across the Northern Territory.
Key Responsibilities- Provide relief support to resident managers and clinical management support to facilities
- Ensure the provision of high-quality services to aged care residents
- Lead, motivate, and develop teams to achieve strategic direction
- Deliver individualized care and enhance residents' quality of life
- 3-5 years of management experience in a healthcare or facility management environment
- Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory legislation
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated commitment to customer service and business improvement
- Strong knowledge of and commitment to workplace safety
