**Job Title:** Area Operations Manager We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Operations Manager to join our team in Canberra. As an Area Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of multiple bakery locations, ensuring high standards of product quality, service, and cleanliness. Main Responsibilities: 
  • To manage staff effectively and provide guidance on best practices.
  • To coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • To optimize operational efficiency by analyzing data and implementing strategies.
  • To develop and implement plans to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • To monitor compliance with health and safety regulations and take necessary corrective actions.
 Requirements: 
  • Strong Leadership Skills: Proven track record in supervising and coordinating multiple teams.
  • Operational Expertise: Experience in inventory management, supply chain coordination, and resource allocation.
  • Customer Service Skills: Ability to foster positive customer experiences.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
 Education and Experience: 
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Mid-senior level experience in the food and beverage industry, particularly in bakery operations.
 Working Conditions:
