About the Role

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Senior Lecturer in Nursing to join our team at the Australian Catholic University's North Sydney campus.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing academic leadership in the School of Nursing, Midwifery and Paramedicine, and will contribute to the development and delivery of high-quality nursing programs.

The role will involve coordinating responsibilities and/or other leadership portfolios as required, and will provide opportunities for professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver lectures, tutorials, and laboratory classes in core subjects in the Nursing programs
  • Contribute to the academic and administrative functions of the School of Nursing, Midwifery and Paramedicine
  • Make a significant contribution to the learning and teaching scholarship and/or research performance of the School
What We Offer
  • Total remuneration valued to $168,595 - $183,037 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $142,625 - $154,969 (pro rata) pa (Academic Level C)
  • 17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff
  • Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date
