The Retail OpportunityOur Sales Associates are ambassadors who connect our products with our customers. They drive store success by influencing sales, providing excellent customer service and sharing their product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective selling techniques, focusing on up-selling, units per transaction and transaction value.
- Build relationships with customers by answering queries, delivering exceptional service and tailoring their approach to individual needs.
- Learn and confidently share product knowledge to enhance sales and customer experience.
- Assist with product deliveries, unloading and storing items correctly.
- Maintain high store standards through merchandising and environment upkeep.
- Operate the till system, handle transactions, returns and exchanges.
- Ability to build rapport and communicate naturally and openly with customers.
- A proactive approach to achieving and surpassing sales goals.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
