Pandora is approaching its busiest and most exciting time of the year, and we are seeking results-driven, target-focused Sales Associates to join our store teams on a fixed-term contract.

If you enjoy engaging with customers, have a passion for sales and jewellery, and want to make a lasting impression, Pandora is the place for you.

  • Fixed term contracts start from 27 October 2025 until 18 January 2026.
  • All contracts include weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Applicants should only apply if they are available during these dates.

The role

Our Casual Sales Associates are brand ambassadors who connect our products with our customers. They drive store success by influencing sales, providing excellent customer service, and sharing their product knowledge.

What to expect from the role

  1. Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective selling techniques, focusing on up-selling, units per transaction, and transaction value.
  2. Build relationships with customers by answering queries, delivering exceptional service, and tailoring their approach to individual needs.
  3. Learn and confidently share Pandora product knowledge to enhance sales and customer experience.
  4. Assist with product deliveries, unloading, and storing items correctly.
  5. Maintain high store standards through merchandising and environment upkeep.
  6. Operate the till system, handle transactions, returns, and exchanges.

The successful candidate

We seek passionate, motivated team players who express their individuality, especially through styling Pandora jewellery and engaging customers:

  1. Ability to build rapport and communicate naturally and openly with customers.
  2. A proactive approach to achieving and surpassing sales goals.
  3. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
