Job Title: Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced marketing professional to lead the development and execution of a world-class media and advertising strategy.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing quarterly campaign briefs, overseeing media planning and buying, and ensuring seamless execution across paid, earned, owned, and borrowed channels.

  • Developing Crown's master media strategy in partnership with agency and internal stakeholders.
  • Managing media planning and buying across Group and Property marketing initiatives.
  • Driving campaign performance through regular reporting and optimisation.
  • Ensuring compliance with advertising standards, legal approvals, and internal SOPs.
  • Collaborating with the Brand team to execute media schedules and manage creative delivery.
  • Overseeing media budgets and supplier payments to ensure efficient resource allocation.

About You

You'll thrive in fast-paced environments, bring strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, and be passionate about delivering results.

You should have:

  • Proven experience in media strategy, planning, and execution across multiple channels (TV, radio, OOH, digital).
  • Strong agency and stakeholder management experience.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Financial acumen and experience managing media budgets.
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to influence across a matrixed organisation.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
