As a key member of our management team, we are seeking an experienced Duty Manager to join us in driving the business forward and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

We are passionate about creating a fun and engaging environment for our customers, and we need someone who shares our enthusiasm and is committed to providing outstanding service.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar position, with a proven track record of success in leading teams and driving business growth.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing daily operations and ensuring seamless delivery of our products and services
  • Managing staff and supporting their development through effective communication and coaching
  • Developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction

We are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality, has excellent leadership skills, and is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Additional requirements include:

  • RSA certification
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
