We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Practice Support Officer to join our team at Insignia Financial. As a key member of our Bridges team, you will play a vital role in supporting our Financial Advisors in delivering exceptional client service and market-leading advice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advice Delivery: Prepare information and meeting packs, facilitate pre, during, and post-meeting activities, and ensure seamless execution of recommendations.
  • Client Record Management: Update client records to meet minimum information and data recording standards, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Implementation and Contract Management: Facilitate the implementation of recommendations, record FTSA/CSA contracts, and manage risk proactively.
  • Client Experience: Foster professional, genuine, and meaningful connections with clients, building confidence and trust.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for productivity improvements, drive technology use, and create efficiencies for the team.
  • Product and Process Knowledge: Develop a solid understanding of Insignia Financial's products and processes, including Xplan and other practice/product data management systems.
What We're Looking For:
  • Experience: A minimum of [X] years of experience working in financial services, preferably in financial planning administration.
  • Industry Qualifications: Industry-recognized qualifications, such as RG146, are highly desirable.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: A strong understanding of Advice Industry regulations and legislation, products, and strategies is essential.
