Job Title: Video Editor

We are seeking a talented Video Editor to join our Sydney News Team. The successful candidate will have a passion for news and current affairs, as well as excellent editing skills and attention to detail.

Job Description:

The primary responsibility of this role is to edit news stories, collaborating with Producers and Reporters to bring them to life. This requires strong communication skills, the ability to work independently under tight deadlines, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Requirements:
  1. A background in video editing, either through formal education, online courses, or practical experience.
  2. Previous experience in news and on-air operations is ideal but not essential.
  3. Quantel, Adobe, or Avid editing systems experience.
