In the role of Information Security Governance & Assurance Specialist, you will work closely with the Information Security Governance & Assurance Manager to enhance our Security Advisory, Governance, and Assurance services.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage the Information Security Management System to uphold ISO 27001 certification.
- Offer security advisory services to stakeholders, focusing on ISO 27001, ISA 62443, and AESCSF standards.
- Advance the organization’s maturity level to AESCSF SP 2.
- Facilitate security incident management exercises across the organization.
- Assist in the coordination of core security governance forums.
- Conduct supplier risk assessments and provide guidance on third-party risk management.
- Identify and coordinate compliance requirements with regulatory, legal, and governance teams.
- Maintain a compliance framework to ensure adherence to regulatory conditions and privacy acts.
- Conduct post-incident assessments to identify learning opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Manage and address findings from security audits and implement necessary improvements.
- Oversee activities outlined in the Information Security Calendar.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive Information Security Policies, procedures, and standards.
- Support the establishment of Cyber Security Posture reporting across the organization.
- Assist in cyber audit and assessment initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a relevant Business Discipline, or equivalent experience in Risk Management.
Desired Qualifications:
- Preferred qualifications include ISO 27001 Lead Auditor or ISA 62443 certifications.
- In-depth understanding of AES CSF, Australian Privacy Act, and Security of Critical Infrastructure Act.
