As a brand leader, you'll play a pivotal role in elevating two prominent beer brands in the market. Your primary objective will be to boost visibility and recognition for these brands through strategic day-to-day management.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will oversee the entire brand management process, driving initiatives that increase both Mountain Goat and Green Beacon's market presence.
  • Leads integrated marketing campaigns, providing guidance to agency partners across creative development, media planning, and strategy execution.
  • Transforms sponsorships and events into impactful experiences, creating culturally relevant moments that resonate with the audience.
  • Supports new product launches and portfolio growth by collaborating with internal teams on gate processes and product lifecycle planning.
  • Closely tracks brand health and campaign performance, using insights to inform future planning decisions and optimize resource allocation.
About You
  • Proven experience in brand management, preferably in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) or the alcoholic beverages industry.
  • Demonstrates strong executional skills across campaign management, digital marketing, and event coordination.
  • Able to work effectively across multiple projects in an agile team environment, navigating change with adaptability and structure.
  • A proactive mindset, comfortable building and adjusting plans in response to evolving circumstances.
