About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Pathologist to join our national team of clinicians providing clinical services to participants aged 0-65 in our NDIS division. As a Speech Pathologist, you will work across early intervention, school age, adolescent, and adult services with clients who have various presentations, diagnoses, and disability types.

You will work with an amazing group of clients with varying complexity, communication, and swallowing needs, over a period of months or even years. You will play an integral part in your client's personal growth and development, working together to meet their goals. You will form a close bond with your clients and celebrate their achievements together, every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide communication assessments and interventions for clients with various presentations and diagnoses
  • Conduct swallowing and paediatric feeding (dysphagia) assessments and develop mealtime management plans
  • Assess and develop augmentative and alternative communication plans for clients
  • Provide ongoing therapy and support to clients and their families
  • Work across various environments, including family homes, disability group homes, day programs, schools, preschools, community settings, telehealth, and ORS offices
