About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech Pathologist to join our national team in the NDIS division. As a Speech Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing clinical services to participants aged 0-65, working across early intervention, school age, adolescent, and adult services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive communication assessments and develop personalized plans to meet client goals
  • Provide swallowing and pediatric feeding assessments, as well as mealtime management plan development and reviews
  • Offer augmentative and alternative communication assessments and ongoing therapy
  • Work across various environments, including family homes, disability group homes, day programs, schools, preschools, community settings, and telehealth

Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology
  • Registration or ability to become registered with the Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
  • A car and driver's license
  • A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or ability to acquire one for client-facing roles
