Financial Clerk | Part Time role
About the Role- Enter and maintain accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) data to ensure accurate financial records.
- Verify supplier invoices align with purchase orders to prevent discrepancies.
- Regularly record and reconcile invoices on a weekly and monthly basis to maintain a high level of accuracy.
- Identify and resolve any discrepancies in credit card statements in a timely manner.
- Support general administrative tasks and other accounting functions as required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in a similar financial or accounting role.
- Candidates with expertise in AP or AR are encouraged to apply.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a customer-centric approach are essential for success.
- Able to work independently, take initiative, and remain solutions-focused.
- Part-time position – school hours considered.
- Flexible working hours, including remote work arrangements.
