Job Overview

The Event Vehicle Marketing Specialist plays a crucial role in building and executing an engaging Event Vehicle program that drives brand awareness and consumer love. Working closely with the state marketing & sales teams, this individual will ideate, plan, execute, and report on EV-related activities across various events, venues, and outlets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure executional excellence for EV programs, identifying new opportunities to drive trial and engagement.
  • Support the state sales & marketing team in ensuring product availability, providing feedback on venue/outlet execution, and supporting event operations.
  • Plan and report on EV program success, working cross-functionally to identify new opportunities and align with state & national strategic focuses.
  • Cross-functional collaboration to support 3rd party events with the EV, from planning and liaison to event support.
Marketing Innovation

The Event Vehicle Marketing Specialist will innovate and create excitement through the EV program, focusing on appealing to 18-24 year olds in key playgrounds/audiences. This includes:

  • Finding new opportunities to excite consumers using the EV, whether through new networks, events, or scenes.
  • Working creatively with cross-functional teams to realise these opportunities within the framework of the Sales & Marketing plan.
  • Developing great Instagrammable moments and proactively working with teams to surprise consumers with the EV.
Maintaining Vehicle Operations

This role involves managing service schedules for the EV, ensuring staff operating vehicles have completed necessary training, and conducting regular vehicle audits to identify and rectify repair or servicing needs. Additionally, the specialist will source DJs for vehicle operations when needed and provide transparent annual overviews of event & EV commitments to ensure efficient resource allocation.

Requirements
  • A clean driver's license is required.
  • DJ experience, comfortable using CDJ 900/2000s & DJM 800 Mixer.
  • Exceptional organisation, time management, and people management skills.
  • Ability to adapt to challenging situations and make important decisions quickly.
  • Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling.
