National Accounts Payable Administrator Role

This position is responsible for supporting the National Accounts Payable team with daily tasks related to employee expense management and transaction processing.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Process American Express and employee expense claims in a timely manner.
  • Evaluate and escalate non-compliance issues to the National Accounts Payable Team Leader.
  • Provide support with annual audit requests, ensuring all necessary documents are accurate and complete.
  • Daily reconcile and process office bank account transactions, maintaining accurate records.
  • Oversee printing and saving of EFT remittance statements.
  • Support the Accounts Payable Team Leader with ad-hoc tasks as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in accounts payable or associated accounts administration roles.
  • Intermediate use of Microsoft applications, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Intermediate use of a Client Management System (CMS) or practice management system.
