- Deliver profitable growth through achievement of financial KPIs, including new business conversion, target loss ratios, and target retention.
- Develop professional relationships with Brokers and Stakeholders.
- Prepare quotations, renewals, and endorsements within underwriting guidelines.
- Support Junior Underwriters.
- Contribute to process and procedure improvements.
About You
- Proven experience in Financial Lines Underwriting or Broking with Professional Indemnity.
- Ideal background in an Underwriting Agency.
- Solid market relationships with intermediaries.
- Strong technical knowledge.
- Proven track record in managing and developing broker relationships.
- Ability to drive a culture of service excellence.
- Strong interpersonal skills, particularly collaboration and engagement skills.
- Sound communication skills, including written and presentation skills.
