The Heavenly Spa Supervisor will be responsible for assisting with the management of a signature spa and wellness facility. The primary goal is to drive business growth, develop associates, and provide guests with an exceptional experience.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing spa operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and providing exceptional guest experiences.
- Lead a team of beauty therapists, promoting a positive work environment and fostering associate development.
- Contribute to business growth through revenue generation, marketing initiatives, and community engagement.
- Collaborate with hotel staff to provide seamless guest experiences across all departments.
To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate should possess previous business acumen and experience as a spa supervisor, as well as a minimum of 4 years' experience as a qualified beauty therapist.
Additionally, the ideal candidate should have operational knowledge of current trends in spa operations and beauty therapy, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to lead a team.
