The Role

We're seeking a skilled Demi Chef to join our culinary team at one of our resort locations. As a Demi Chef, you'll play a key role in preparing and presenting high-quality food to our guests. Your attention to detail, creativity, and passion for food will help us deliver exceptional dining experiences that exceed our guests' expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present high-quality food in accordance with our culinary standards and recipes.
  • Work collaboratively with our Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food production.
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to our food safety and hygiene protocols.
  • Contribute to the development of new menu items and culinary concepts that align with our brand's vision and values.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest feedback and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements

  • Relevant trade qualifications and experience in a hotel or resort environment.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene protocols, with the ability to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with our kitchen team.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a commitment to our brand's values and vision.
