About the Role:

Our organization seeks a talented Dispensary Operations Manager to provide strategic leadership and support to our dispensary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient operation and high levels of productivity within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and support to the dispensary team
  • Ensure effective dispensary operations, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing process enhancements
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, fostering strong relationships with patients and colleagues alike
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow, leveraging automation equipment such as ROWA to streamline processes
  • Develop and implement comprehensive staff training programs, promoting skill development and knowledge sharing
  • Manage inventory effectively, mitigating stock discrepancies and optimizing product availability
  • Coordinate packing and shipping activities, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of medications

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Dispensary Assistant or in a similar leadership role
  • Completion of a Certificate 3 in Community Pharmacy or related field
  • Significant dispensary and workflow experience, with a track record of driving efficiency and quality improvements
  • Full-time availability and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
  • Highly organized, with excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Passion for healthcare and the community, with a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
  • Demonstrated integrity, with a strong work ethic and dedication to upholding organizational values
