- Assist fellow educators in implementing engaging programs, adhering to the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), and celebrating child-led exploration.
- Mentor and empower team members to actively participate in enhancing children's learning experiences.
- Establish strong relationships with families and fellow educators.
- Ensure that compliance with the EYLF and National Quality Standard (NQS) is achieved or surpassed.
About You:
- Possess a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or an equivalent qualification.
- Hold a current Working with Children's Check.
- Demonstrate a genuine passion for fostering the development of young learners.
