Job Title: Technical Delivery Specialist

The role of Technical Delivery Specialist is a key position within our IT department. As a trusted advisor, you will be responsible for managing technology projects and ensuring service levels are consistently met.

This role involves developing a deep understanding of business goals and translating them into technology requirements. You will partner with various directorates to understand their IT needs and coordinate activities to maintain effective communication with stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.

  • Develop and manage project plans, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of projects and Service Improvement Plans (SIPs).
  • Apply Agile project management methodologies to ensure effective delivery of projects and SIPs.
  • Coordinate activities and maintain communication with stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.
  • Support Project Managers with financial tracking, purchase orders, and invoice processing.
  • Capture lessons learned and promote continuous improvement within the team.
  • Engage in demand management and prioritise tasks in a high-pressure environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adept in written and verbal communication, with strong facilitation skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile environments, including tools like Jira and MS Project, is an advantage.
