Procurement Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Operations Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement operations, analytical skills, and experience with procurement technology.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct and analyze supplier due diligence for the organization, including onboarding, risk assessment, and master data management.
- Identify industry trends and develop strategies to manage supply chain risks.
- Perform supplier site visits as required and implement continuous improvement initiatives for procurement processes and technology.
- Develop detailed spend models using data from various sources, providing insights into supply markets and internal demand analysis.
- Derive meaningful insights from complex datasets for decision-making.
- Manage and maintain procurement technology, ensuring integration with other systems and workflows.
- Support process design and maintenance, driving procurement value generation through simplicity and efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
- Strong Microsoft PowerBI, Excel, and PowerPoint skills, with experience in transforming data into actionable insights.
- Knowledge of procurement concepts, high-level objectives, and function activities.
- Experience with Source-to-Contract solutions such as Jaggaer.
- Proven skills in developing and managing complex datasets.
- Strong analytical aptitude and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Articulate communication and presentation skills.
