Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  2. Oversee the development and implementation of engineering design processes and methodologies.
  3. Ensure compliance with engineering standards, regulations, and safety in design principles.

Requirements
  1. A Bachelor of Engineering degree or equivalent qualifications.
  2. Demonstrated engineering experience in heavy industry, with experience in a senior engineering role.
  3. Demonstrated expertise in engineering design processes and methodologies relevant to heavy industry and hazardous industries.
  4. Strong leadership and management skills, with a proven track record of leading engineering teams.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration and positive relationships.
