Support Service Provider

This role involves delivering support services to individuals in our community who require assistance with social care, transportation, shopping or community engagements.

You will provide dignified and respectful personal care to clients, assisting with showering, grooming and dressing.

You will also continue to support clients to live independently in their own homes by providing domestic assistance, meal preparation and companionship.

A Certificate III or IV in Community, Aged Care, Disability or equivalent is highly desirable, as is experience in aged care, disability or community service.

A valid driver's license and own vehicle is required for daytime shifts, along with a current First Aid certificate and Police Check.
