Clinical Leadership Role

As a clinical leader, you will provide strategic support to our teams to ensure high-quality care is delivered at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement clinical strategies that meet quality standards.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to teams to enhance resident outcomes.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • A current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse with extensive experience in Residential Aged Care.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Aged Care Legislation, Quality Standards, and AN-ACC assessment processes.
  • Demonstrated expertise in comprehensive clinical knowledge and understanding of the aging process.
  • Previous leadership experience in a similar role within a Residential Aged Care setting.
  • Strong coaching/training skills, ability to influence others, customer-centric approach, and willingness to apply for necessary clearances.
