Aboriginal Women's Support Specialist

This role offers a unique opportunity to create lasting impact for women in Central Australia.

Job Description:

Support Aboriginal women in a therapeutic, all-female residential program with drug and alcohol services.

  • Provide culturally safe, trauma-informed case management.
  • Support relapse prevention, harm reduction, and wellbeing programs.
  • Build strong connections with clients and their families.
  • Conduct assessments and maintain accurate case notes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Certificate IV in Community Services (AOD) or related qualification.
  • Experience in case management within AOD, therapeutic, or community settings.
  • Strong communication and cultural awareness skills.
  • Driver's licence, Ochre Card, and Police Check.
