We innovate and collaborate to make the world a better place, supporting the Australian Army with the AH-64E Apache helicopter. This position requires a skilled Supply Chain Coordinator to manage Breakdown Spares & Consumables effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement inventory management strategies to ensure stock availability.
  • Collaborate with logistics and provisioning agencies to identify and mitigate supply chain risks.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to meet in-service requirements.
  • Authorise procurements and enact Commonwealth issued financial delegations.
  • Review and evaluate supplier performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Contribute to the development of mitigation plans and provide support to the Apache capability.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Demonstrated 2 years + experience in Defence supply chains.
  • Demonstrated 5 years + experience in Breakdown Spares & Consumables management.
  • Well-developed written and oral communication and negotiation skills.
  • The ability to work with a high level of autonomy in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in identifying and promoting supply process improvements.
  • Knowledge of exporting/importing practices and regulations.
