Job Description

As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team that values collaboration, support, and fun. You will work closely with clients, employers, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client caseloads and provide case management services
  • Apply clinical knowledge to improve return-to-work outcomes
  • Develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs
  • Collaborate with clients, employers, and healthcare professionals
  • Conduct assessments and deliver services using clinical and discipline-specific skills

Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy
  • Full Professional Registration with AHPRA
  • Previous experience in Occupational Rehabilitation is highly regarded
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassion, kindness, and empathy
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • A current valid Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle
